Join Boston Public Library and Boston running leaders, the Heartbreakers, for the continuing support of the BPL Passport! Born out of a love of books & in recognition of the benefits of getting people moving outside together, BPL created a fun map to incentivize movement across the city’s neighborhoods.

Heartbreakers will offer guided routes of various lengths for participants to walk/run/bike all starting & ending at the Roxbury Branch.  (149 Dudley St, Roxbury, MA 02119)

Limited Snacks & refreshments served. Routes range from 3.5 - 10 miles. 

Travel light. No bag check. All ages welcome. Children must be accompanied by a guardian. First 200 participants receive a Book It Around Boston lapel pin! Additional SWAG available in limited quantity.

The Passport

At the Roxbury Branch, participants will receive a BPL passport highlighting each branch.

Along the route, you'll get your passport stamped at each branch you visit. Keep the passport after the event to snag all the stamps at each location for free SWAG!
